Humphrey Visual field Analyzer
A Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer (HVF or HFA) is a widely used automated perimetry instrument that measures the full extent of a patient’s visual field, or range of sight. By presenting lights of varying intensity, it detects blind spots (scotomas) and provides a map of central, paracentral, and peripheral vision, helping ophthalmologists and optometrists diagnose and monitor conditions like glaucoma, optic nerve disorders, and neurological diseases.
